"A piece of cake"

"I had been using a paper based system from when I started my business in 1981. From the moment that I saw the demo, it was clear that LA ToolBase understood all the aspects of what I needed. The system was simplicity itself, which meant I was up and running quickly. In fact, I had not even touched a computer prior to using the LA ToolBase system and it was a piece of cake.

“The LA ToolBase software is excellent and is so easy to use. Before LA Toolbase, I used to have pieces of paper to run my business. My invoices were produced manually, which took up too much time on the van, especially when I had more than one Customer at a time to deal with.

I don’t have this problem any more because the invoicing process is quick and I get the invoices printed automatically. The invoices look more professional as well.

One of the biggest problems that I had before was when a Customer asked about something that he had bought previously. The information sometimes took ages to find. I can now look up any information instantly and can reprint invoices or transactions within seconds.

I really do save a lot of time on the van now because all the catalogue information is on the computer and invoicing is now quick and easy. This all means that I can do more calls in the day and at the end of the day, I can produce all my accounting with a couple of button clicks. I save hours of evening work.

In my opinion, LA ToolBase is really good value for money and I can’t fault the support that I have received. If I have any questions or problems, I can ring Support on evenings and weekends as well, so it’s available when I need it. The whole system is invaluable and is just so right for me and the tools business.
